- Support in stressful situations: 1 sachet once a day, for 2 consecutive days. Then, ½ – 1 sachet once a day, according to individual needs.
- Performance support: 1 sachet 4-6 hours prior to exercise.
- For maximum support: 1 sachet the night before the exercise, and 1 sachet 4-6 hours prior to exercise.
